Job Description: Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Develop and deliver marketing strategies to promote our tea beverages and promotion campaigns.
* Creating content, managing social media channels, advertisements and marketing content on delivery platforms, ensuring alignment with branding image while tailoring content to Manchester consumers.
* Plan and execute local promotional campaigns, events and seasonal product launches.
* Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
* Collaborate with operations and store management teams to ensure promotional activities support sales objectives.
* Explore and execute brand collaborations with influencers, universities and community organisations.
Details of the skills, experience and qualifications required for the job role(s) and how the migrant fits the skill level/qualifications required:
* Proven experience in marketing management, including digital and social media marketing, preferably in Asian lifestyle brands or beverage businesses.
* Mandarin speaking and knowledge of tea/milk tea culture are preferred, as well as knowledge of the UK Chinese and Asian community and customers.
* Skillset in customer engagement for young consumer demographics.
* Creative skills, strong communication skills and ability to organise and report work effectively.
* Strong planning and management skills.
