Job Description:

ISS Market Intelligence (ISS MI) provides critical and proprietary data, business intelligence, information services, and marketing solutions to the global investment management industry. ISS MI delivers full-service solutions including investment flow data, advisor sales analysis, in-depth research, analytics, editorial content, and events for investment managers, asset owners, and custodians. Our clients include over 1,000 prominent names in the asset management industry, including 83 of the world's top 100 fund managers.

ISS Market Intelligence is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support sales across the EMEA region. You will engage with representatives from large financial institutions, including Heads of Distribution, Strategy, Product, and Business Intelligence.

Your role will involve identifying new business prospects, building relationships with C-Level executives, and working with senior colleagues to develop sales strategies. You should be results-driven, motivated, creative, and eager to learn about asset management and ISS solutions.

Responsibilities

* Understand ISS MI products and markets
* Achieve revenue goals by identifying and closing prospects
* Expand ISS MI's market share and recognition
* Assess market opportunities and update sales plans
* Build and maintain prospect relationships
* Record activities in CRM system
* Share industry and opportunity information
* Attend industry events
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Research teams

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and relationship management; financial services experience is a plus
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
* Proven ability in relationship management, business development, and revenue generation
* Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
* Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
