This role is ideal for someone with strong HR experience who can confidently support Managers with HR processes, ER procedures, and payroll administration.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Business Partner team
2. Carry out general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, data entry, and managing correspondence
3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
4. Prepare standard HR documents and letters using templates
5. Ensure document management is compliant with data protection requirements
6. Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries
7. Support the organisation of meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly
8. Assist with note-taking and maintaining HR records
9. Contribute to short-term projects or wider organisational initiatives
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
Skills & Experience
11. Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
12. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
13. Good written and verbal communication skills
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
15. Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
