Unit Catering Manager - Moseley Primary School, Coventry, 30 hours per week. Term time only. 8.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Location: Moseley Ave, Coundon, Coventry CV6 1AB. Salary: £18,436.14.

Responsibilities
* Unit Catering Manager required working 30 hours per week, 8.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only at Address: Moseley Ave, Coundon, Coventry CV6 1AB. Term time only, £18,436.14
* You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person able to undertake general kitchen duties.
* You must be approachable and understand the diverse needs of customers. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and open to change. You must be able to respond to meet customers individual needs, using appropriate methods to communicate.
* You will need to hold an NVQ Level 2 Award in Hospitality and Catering Principles along with Level 2 Food Safety.
* To set and maintain a high standard of quality food presentation and service. All food being served must be at the right temperature, garnished and served in an appropriate manner. To serve meals and assist the customer in choice of dishes.
* Ordering, preparation and cooking of food following the Centralised menu plan for breakfasts, lunches, buffets and promotions. Ensure the Governments Nutritional / Food based Standards are met.
* Compile and submit all statistical documentation required by the central administration office, e.g. trading sheets, payroll adjustment sheets, periodic stock control sheets.
* To prepare or delegate preparation of dining area for all types of catering requirements, including function catering.
* This post will require a DBS check.
