Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough inspections of properties under construction to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Perform pre-occupation and re-inspections, providing detailed reports to exceed NHBC standards.
* Monitor and advise on the implementation of the company’s waste policy.
* Provide support and guidance to site management teams, ensuring efficient and professional site operations.
* Review and suggest improvements to design quality throughout the build process.
* Attend various meetings to coordinate and address quality issues, providing valuable input and solutions.
* Produce and deliver presentations on quality issues to Site Managers and senior management.
* Oversee and resolve complex customer defect issues, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required:
* In-depth knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations.
* Proficiency in interpreting and providing feedback on technical drawings.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage workloads remotely.
* Keen eye for detail, particularly in the quality of finished properties.
* Competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
