💰 Compensation:
• Base Salary + Generous Commission: Enjoy a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. Top performers can easily earn between £35,000 and £55,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings).
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Close warm inbound leads via phone, video calls, and in-person visits if the customer prefers. Flexibility to travel locally is a plus.
• Consultative Selling: Effectively communicate the benefits of solar and storage solutions to potential customers.
🧠 Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years in solar sales, ideally with both residential and commercial experience.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a proven track record in sales.
