Customer Service Manager Required - 5* House Builder - M11 Corridor - Up to £65K + Package + 15% Bonus
I am currently representing a top construction company seeking a Regional Customer Care Manager to oversee residential projects across the M11 Corridor in a roaming capacity. The company is one of the largest residential construction firms in the country, with a turnover exceeding £850 million, prioritizing quality over quantity.
The Position
Reporting directly to the Group Customer Care Director, you will oversee warranty periods for approximately 500 residential units across several major Cambridge-based sites. Responsibilities include managing a team of Customer Service Coordinators, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery of a 5-star service, and investigating and resolving defects efficiently and professionally, often working to deadlines.
