Following a record‑breaking period, we’re now looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our team.
Experience in car sales isn’t essential — we’re more interested in attitude, people skills, and a willingness to learn.

You’ll take full ownership of your leads and customer base, with consistent repeat and referral business every month.

The role
You’ll take full ownership of the customer journey — from first enquiry through to handover and beyond.
* Welcoming customers into a relaxed, professional environment
* Managing enquiries across digital and showroom channels
* Building relationships with new and existing customers
* Understanding customer needs and matching the right new or used vehicle
* Delivering engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
* Managing your own leads, appointments, and follow‑ups
* Structuring and progressing deals using an adaptive and flexible sales process
* Presenting finance and add‑on products clearly and compliantly
* Generating repeat business and referrals through great service
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about the customer experience.
You’ll likely be confident, driven, and resilient — someone who enjoys working towards targets but doesn’t rely on pressure to achieve them. You know how to build trust, listen properly, and guide customers to the right decision, not just the quickest one.
You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your results. You’re comfortable handling objections, adapting your approach, and learning as you go.
Most importantly, you’re a team player — coachable, reliable, and motivated to improve every day. An interest in cars helps, but it’s your attitude, people skills, and drive to succeed that really matter.
Requirements
* Experience in a customer‑facing role (sales experience helpful but not essential)
* Strong communication and basic IT skills
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Full UK driving licence
