Are you a proactive Site Manager ready to take charge of a 30‑unit timber‑frame mixed housing and apartment scheme worth £10 million in Wrexham? As our Site Manager, you’ll work directly under the on‑site Project Manager to drive quality, safety, and project delivery. This Site Manager position offers you full accountability—from coordinating contractors and managing timber‑frame builds to ensuring compliance and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a standout housing development while honing your leadership and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring efficient delivery of the £10 million timber‑frame scheme.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to meet programme deadlines and quality standards.
Enforce robust health, safety, and environmental practices across the site.
Monitor progress, produce reports, and assist the on‑site Project Manager with forecasting.
