The Role
An established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Perth area. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage sites safely, efficiently, and to programme.
The Site Manager will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental requirements
* Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Plan and monitor programmes, resources, and materials
* Ensure works are completed to specification and quality standards
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and designers to resolve issues
* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
* Drive a positive site culture and lead by example

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or civil engineering
* SMSTS certification (essential)
* CSCS Black or Gold card
* Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and best practice
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively
* Competent with site documentation and reporting
* Full UK driving licence
