We are looking to expand our Sales Team and require a Sales Executive at our site in Hamworthy Poole.
Applicants will be expected to sell various high-quality premium used commercial vehicles and be able to demonstrate an exceptional track record in customer service. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in sales, is self-motivated and takes pride in everything they do. We use the latest technology available to manage all customer enquiries efficiently and this includes the use of video and online presentations. You will need to be comfortable working in this area to ensure that our customers get the very best car buying experience.

The Role:
* Welcome and engage with potential customers in the showroom, on-site and over the phone, providing clear and accurate information on our range of vehicles.
* Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
* Present and explain finance options confidently, including HP, PCP and other available products, ensuring customers fully understand their choices in line with FCA guidelines.
* Conduct professional and thorough vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits and relevant add-ons that enhance the ownership experience.
* Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow up enquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
* Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring all documentation, finance applications and add-on products are completed correctly.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, finance offerings and promotions to maximise every sales opportunity.
Requirements

* A self- motivated, driven individual with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Has strong computer skills.
* Has exceptional organisational skills.
* Brings a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative, team environment.
* Has personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner.
* Has full UK driving licence.
* Is confident in filming personalised walk-around videos describing our stock for online inquiries.
* Can help with ideas and content for our social media pages.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£60,000.00 per year (OTE) (uncapped)
