About the Role: As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and nutrition of our residents, supporting them in all aspects of nutrition. You will work closely with our experienced and stable management team, who have been in place for several years and are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of care.
Daily Tasks Include:
* Following a well balanced nutrition four weekly menu
* Supporting residents at meal times, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
* Adhering to food safety standards
* Supporting those who are on modified diets
* Following company policies and procedures
* Providing companionship and emotional support, fostering a homely and caring environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience Essential: Previous experience working in a similar role, particularly with dementia care.
* Team Player: You'll work alongside a dedicated and supportive team to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
* Caring & Compassionate: We are looking for individuals who truly care about making a difference in the lives of the elderly.
