The Role
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our people strategy. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position that requires both strategic oversight and day-to-day HR management. You will lead the HR function, supporting senior leadership while also ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the HR department, providing strategic direction and operational management.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
* Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, advising on workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development.
* Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practice HR standards.
* Mentor and develop HR team members, fostering a high-performing function.
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior advisory capacity.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in employee relations, policy development, and change management.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
* CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational delivery.

* Background in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Exposure to HRIS implementation or optimisation.
* Coaching or mentoring qualifications.

Interview Process
* Initial Screening Call – A 20-minute conversation with our HR team to understand your background and motivations.
* First Interview – In-person interview with the HR Director and a member of the senior leadership team, focusing on skills and experience.
* Case Study/Presentation – A short exercise or presentation relevant to HR strategy, designed to showcase your approach.
* Final Interview – A conversation with the Managing Director, covering alignment with Myriad's values and long-term goals.
