Our mission is Progress without Compromise. PositionOverview: We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Executive (Project Developer) to join our expanding team. This role is central to LUMENSTREAMs business growth, driving lead generation, managing client relationshipsthroughoutthesalespipelineandsupportingtheentiresalesprocessfrominitialoutreach to project completion. SalesExecutiveswill be responsiblefor businessgrowth and drivinglead generation, conductinginitial video demo presentations, nurturing client relationships, preparing and presenting project proposals. While technical site surveys will be conductedby ourtechnical team, Sales Executive may attendthese visits to support client relationship development. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in scaling our Lighting as a Service model and preparing for the upcoming launch of new product lines. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities, focusing on large energy consumers across commercial and industrial sectors. Develop outreach strategies to engage potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, acting as their primary point of contact. Guide them from the initial engagement through to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience. Demo Presentations & Sales Outreach: Conduct initial demo presentations via video calls to introducepotentialclientstoLumenStreamsLightingasaServicemodelandupcomingsustainable energy products. Clearly communicate the benefits and value proposition, setting the stage for deeper client engagement. Proposal Presentations: Update and maintain customer proposal presentations, ensuring clients understand the financial, technical, and sustainability benefits of our solutions. Be prepared to answer questions and address concerns during these meetings. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach, demo presentations, proposalsubmissions, anddeal negotiations, throughtoprojectclose. Track all activitieswithinthe CRM system to ensure a well-documented and organised sales process. Cross-functional Collaboration: CollaboratewithLumenStreamstechnicalteamtoensuresmooth handoffs, alignment on project details, and successful delivery of client proposals. CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using HubSpot. Prepare regular reports on sales progress, pipeline activity, and performance against targets for senior management. Personal Specification 3yearsofsalesorbusinessdevelopmentexperience, preferablyinthecleantech,renewable energy, or energy efficiency sectors. StrongICTskills andcomputerliteracyareessential,withexperiencein CRMsystems Provenabilitytogenerateleads,managerelationships,andclosehigh-valuedeals. Experienceinconducting videocallpresentations andleadingsalesdemos. Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytobuildrapportandmanage relationships with senior stakeholders. Self-motivatedandorganized,capableofmanagingmultipleclientsandprojectssimultaneously. Apassionforsustainabilityandthe drivetocontributetoLumenStreamsmission. Desirable Skills: Experiencein LightingasaService or renewableenergy salesmodelsisaplus. Familiaritywithenergyefficiency,lightingtechnology,orrenewableenergysolutions.
