Senior Reward Manager (Remote-first)

📍 Remote-first (UK-based, with occasional travel to sites)

The Opportunity


We are seeking a Senior Reward Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our reward strategy. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to influence key reward initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and support organisational change.

Working closely with the Head of Reward and as part of a collaborative team, you will bring both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to ensure our reward offering is competitive, fair, and aligned to our purpose and values.


Key Responsibilities


* Lead on salary benchmarking and market analysis, using tools such as WTW (or equivalent), to ensure competitive positioning
* Manage and evolve job evaluation and levelling frameworks across the organisation
* Support the design and delivery of reward strategies, policies, and frameworks
* Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert advice on reward-related matters
* Contribute to and deliver reward transformation and change initiatives
* Analyse reward data and provide insights to inform decision-making
* Ensure reward practices are compliant, equitable, and aligned to organisational values
* Support annual reward cycles, including pay review and bonus processes


About You


* Proven experience in a broad, end-to-end Reward role, ideally at a senior level
* Strong expertise in salary benchmarking and market data (WTW or similar)
* Experience with job evaluation/levelling methodologies
* A track record of supporting or leading reward change and improvement initiatives
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with occasional travel
