Overview
FBR Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a house builder for a site in Dorset. We are looking for a permanent Site Manager to start March 2026. Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
* Managing trades
* Managing programmes
* Working closely with an assistant
* Ensuring everything is to budget
* Chairing internal and external meetings, completions and CML's
* Snagging
* Toolbox/induction talks
* Ensuring the health and safety is of high priority across the site
Qualifications
* Proven record of working successfully on previous housing developers
* Minimum of 2 years' experience
* Strong leader
* Good communication skills
* IT proficient
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid all in date
* Proactive, hardworking and problem‑solver
* Somebody who is out on site pushing it along
* Someone who takes pride in what they build and wants a long‑term career of progression
