Job Title: Maintenance Labourer
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Salary: £14-£16 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
Are you a diligent and security-conscious individual? We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join our team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day to day basis
This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overview:
o Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
o Working for a large maintenance contractor
o Clearence work of void properties
o External repairs
o Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depots
Requirements:
o Hold a valid driving license
o You must have full PPE
o 40 hours a week
