Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site personnel.
* Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 to track progress and report on milestones.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to specifications.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or delays, and propose solutions as necessary.
* Implement best practices for site management to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Skills
* Proficient in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
* Strong management skills with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
* Previous supervising experience in a construction or similar environment is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
