Looking for a Customer Service Manager to take ownership of the full end‑to‑end service experience—empowering your team, elevating customer satisfaction, and partnering closely with Sales & Logistics to keep operations running seamlessly.
What You’ll Lead & Drive
* Oversee and inspire a team of Customer Service Coordinators
* Own the customer journey—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and best‑in‑class service
* Analyse order books, spot risks, and keep customers informed
* Build powerful relationships with internal and external partners
* Provide key insights through performance reporting and KPIs
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools & customer experience
* Support strategic sales decisions and represent the department when needed
What You Bring
* Solid Customer Experience Management experience
* Background in fashion/sports industry a big advantage
* Strong leadership & people management skills
* Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail
