Our client, an award-winning housing developer, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a multi-phased residential development in Liskeard. With a strong land bank, long-term stability, and an established senior leadership team, this opportunity will suit an experienced housing professional with a solid understanding of NHBC processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations on a multi-phase housing development
* Oversee both direct labour and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with current health & safety legislation
* Liaise with NHBC and Building Control
* Maintain programme, quality, and safety standards
* Coordinate with local supply chain partners
Requirements
* Proven track record as a Site Manager within housebuilding
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work (FAW)
* Trade background preferred but not essential
* Strong knowledge of modern construction methods and current regulations
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Good local supply chain knowledge
