Key Responsibilities
1. General yard duties including moving, sorting, and handling materials
2. Operate the baler machine safely and efficiently
3. Use a counterbalance forklift to move materials around the yard
4. Maintain a clean and safe working area
5. Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
6. Valid counterbalance forklift ticket
7. Physically fit and able to work in a busy non-food factory
8. Reliable, team-focused, and safety-conscious
9. Previous yard, recycling, or warehouse experience advantageous
