Requirements
Must have:
- Substantial hands-on experience creating interactive digital content for corporate audiences using leading industry tools - Demonstrated experience building digital learning solutions with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Figma, Vyond, Centrical, and Synthesia - Proven ability to design engaging e-learning interventions incorporating interactivity and multimedia elements - Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA - Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in e-learning technology, especially advancements in artificial intelligence for education - Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver projects efficiently - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams - Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously - Commitment to continuous professional development in educational technology and instructional design - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly both verbally and in writing
