What We Do
The Mental Wellbeing Company is a global brand specialising in world-class, trauma informed and positive psychology accredited coaching courses and healing programmes. We are proud to be an award-winning organisation with one of the fastest-growing franchises in the UK.
Our work extends far beyond franchising and coaching certifications, we also provide specialist programmes supporting individuals recovering from trauma, including domestic abuse. We create safe, compassionate spaces and are committed to making trauma informed approaches accessible worldwide.
Exciting Sales Opportunity
We're looking for a self-motivated, driven, and ambitious Sales Executive with 6–12 months of experience, who thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment. You will be engaging with leads generated by the business, of which some may involve sensitive conversations around mental health and domestic abuse recovery.
This means empathy and compassion are just as important as your ability to close a sale. You'll be representing a brand committed to healing, so sensitivity in every conversation is vital.
