We are looking for an HR Manager EUR & ROW to join our team, based in either our Glasgow or London office.

The HR Department
The HR Department plays a vital role in ensuring our organization is supported by a skilled, engaged, and competent workforce across all shore‑based operations. We manage and coordinate all aspects related to employee lifecycle processes—including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement and offboarding—while adhering to the established HR procedures, and any location‑specific regulatory requirements. What You will Do
The HR Manager EUR & ROW oversees all HR procedures and is a partner in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. He/She works closely with leadership and employees to drive talent management, employee engagement, coaching, reward, organisational design and development training.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Work in partnership with the Sr HR Manager in formulating HR strategies, policies, and best practices; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and CoEs to address business challenges and support organisational goals; develop and implement HR agenda aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Oversee and evaluate staffing needs, ensuring adequate workforce planning.
* Manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement; drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
* Facilitate effective employee onboarding and offboarding.
* Offer comprehensive support to employees on various HR matters and promptly address any concerns or problems that may arise.
* Partner with business leaders on HR policies and policies, including performance, motivation, leadership, and development.
* Use HR data and metrics and provide insights to support data‑driven decision‑making; stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
* Set and track goals to help in achieving the company’s objectives.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and proactively address issues to enhance affiliation, engagement and retention.
* Facilitate change management of any people‑related initiatives.
* Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date maintenance of employee records, including new hire information and changes in employment status.
* Assist in internal and external audits.
* Apply complete process for skilled worker visa using UKVI platform.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Experience: a minimum of 5 years in HR.
Specific Business Knowledge
* Experience as an HR generalist in a fast‑paced setting with a specific focus on areas such as employee engagement, talent management, leadership support, etc.
* Able to balance long‑term decision making while supporting short‑term operational delivery.
* Effective communicator (oral and written).
* Employee Engagement / DEI / talent management.
* Up to date on HR legislation.
