Senior / Site Manager (Temporary – 8 Months) – Doncaster

We Are Footprint are proud to be supporting one of our key clients, a leading Tier 1 contractor, in their search for an experienced Senior / Site Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for an 8-month contract on a high-profile project in Doncaster.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a CAT A office development with associated public realm works, located adjacent to the railway station, delivering a modern and high-quality commercial space.
The Role:
You will take a hands-on leadership role on site, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, managing site processes, and ensuring compliance with current regulations, particularly around fire safety and the Building Safety Act.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of site operations across multiple work packages
* Coordination of trades including brickwork (with cavity barriers), MEP, internal partitions, raised access flooring, and groundworks
* Ensuring adherence to health & safety and quality standards
* Overseeing site documentation and reporting using digital tools
* Supporting and implementing quality assurance processes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior or Site Manager with a Tier 1 or main contractor
* Strong knowledge of CAT A office fit-out / commercial construction projects
* Experience managing multi-trade environments on live sites
* Familiarity with Fieldview and Viewpoint software
* Understanding of fire safety compliance and the Building Safety Act
* Ability to quickly adapt to project-specific quality processes (including WDC standards)
