Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing Projects Team, delivering commercial, industrial, education, retail, healthcare, and food sector projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations
* Manage subcontractors and site teams
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Monitor progress and coordinate site activities
* Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety
* Attend and lead site meetings with clients and contractors
Requirements
1. Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction
2. Strong organisational and leadership skills
3. Experience on commercial or industrial projects preferred
4. Good understanding of construction processes and site coordination
