Do you have a car sales background and would like to try something slightly different with excellent earning potential? Brownhills Motorhomes are currently seeking a Sales Executive; selling new and used motorhomes from our vast range. This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy team. We are the UK's largest Motorhome dealer and one stop destination for all Motorhome requirements. We sell new and used motorhomes, parts and accessories, undertake motorhome services/repairs and have an onsite bistro and leisure facilities. We employ around 200 staff at our 13-acre site.
Main Responsibilities
1. Maximize all sales opportunities and develop a strong knowledge of Brownhills and our market.
2. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and objectives.
3. Represent the company at trade shows and manage your sales pipeline from enquiry to closure.
4. Collaborate with all departments, produce sales forecasts, build client relationships, and maintain the CRM system.
Skills Required
* Background in car, motorhome, or caravan sales.
* Excellent sales and customer service skills.
* Confidence, motivation, and a drive for success.
* Self-sufficient with strong IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
* Valid full Driving Licence.
Hours of Work
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with one day until 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm, typically working 3 weekends out of 4. Also, participation in twice-yearly motorhome events at the NEC.
Salary & Benefits
£26,000 basic salary with £65,000 on target earnings, potential to earn £85k+. Additional benefits include health insurance, life insurance, pension, staff discounts at our onsite café and accessory shop.
