The Role
As Head of People and Culture, you’ll lead a talented team to deliver innovative, inclusive, and impactful HR services across the organisation. You’ll drive ambitions in diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, organisational development, and continuous performance management, while modernising systems and processes.
You’ll be a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, using a coaching approach to support change and growth. From pay and reward to learning and development, employee relations to volunteer programmes, you’ll ensure the organisation is staffed by motivated, skilled, and values-driven people, ready to deliver its vision.
