What skills and experience we're looking for Key Responsibilities: • Lead health and safety on site, ensuring compliance and maintaining risk assessments. • Coordinate statutory inspections (fire, asbestos, water hygiene, gas, electrical). • Operate and maintain security systems, act as emergency key holder, and respond to incidents. • Oversee plant, equipment, utilities, and vehicles, including minibus operation. • Supervise cleaning teams, manage supplies, and maintain grounds. • Undertake or supervise repairs, maintenance, and decoration. • Manage contractors and site projects, ensuring compliance and quality. • Maintain records, manage stock, and handle deliveries and porterage. • Support school lettings and functions, ensuring spaces are prepared. • Promote pupil welfare, uphold equality and confidentiality, and support practical learning opportunities. • Adapt to changing demands and undertake other duties as required.
