We are offering a starting basic salary of £23,000, increasing to £25,000 when Skoda accreditation has been achieved (this is achievable within 6 months) with an OTE of circa £45,000 but the sky is the limit as this is uncapped
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join Garland Skoda assist in providing a high-quality service for our customers. Within this role, you will be part of a friendly team and dealership environment where you will be supported by your Sales Management Team.
This position is offered on a full-time basis working 5 days per week (working Saturdays is required in this role, but a day off in the week will be provided to make the 5-day working week). No Sundays.

What does a Sales Executive do?
In this role, you will be representing Winchester Skoda sales department and the wider business. Working as part of the sales team, you will be responsible for assisting the end-to-end customer experience. Day to day, you will:
· Respond to queries and enquiries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales
· Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Winchester Motor Group and the vehicle brand
· Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing
· Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
· Assist our existing sales team in managing the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with the process
· Assisting in keeping the forecourt and vehicle displays up to date in terms of pricing, vehicle information ensuring all cars are ready for display and sale
· Assisting in preparing vehicle adverts which could be by way of taking photos of vehicles or short videos to either send potential customers or for our adverts
Is full training provided?
We invest in you and your career from day one of you joining us and you will complete specific and tailored manufacturer training to ensure your knowledge of products and options is always up to date. However, you will need to bring a can-do positive attitude to the role looking to provide the 5 star experience to our customers that we strive for.
About you
You will have the following skills / qualities:
· Previous experience within the Motor Trade
· IT skills including Office, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
· Full & clean driving licence
· A good standard of numeracy and literacy with the ability to communication with colleagues and customers via writing and spoken communication
· Tenacious and proactive individual who enjoys a challenge
· An ambitious and confident individual
· Experience of photography / videography would be preferred but not essential as training can be provided
