We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.

Multiple account responsibility Sales Executive for our existing business team.

Target driven to develop growth amongst different levels of customer activity.

Customer retention focus through aftercare support processing -also part of the role.

Highly organised and efficient self-administrator, for this role is for you to have inter-departmental collaboration to exceed our customers' expectations by creating a positive experience that stays with them long after interacting with our products. With this role you will give our customers a great experience with Speed, Convenience, Consistency, Friendliness. And a human touch—that is, creating real connections by giving all our customers the most meaningful aspects of a customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Strong direct sales experience
* Driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building.
* Business Micros Fenestration software experience
* Data Entry
* Prepare detailed estimates & Processing quotes/Order
* Provide clear and accurate cost breakdowns and quotations to customers.
* Multiple account responsibility within Sales
* Target driven to develop growth amongst different levels of customer activity.
* Customer retention focus through aftercare support processing -also part of the role.
* Highly organised and efficient self-administrator.
* Excellent phone manner and initiative in conversational situations.
* CRM experience preferred but not essential.
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers to clarify requirements and manage project expectations.
* Ensure all estimates are in line with company policies, industry standards, and client specifications.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and software tools.
* Provide clear and accurate cost breakdowns and quotations to customer
* achieve shared goals, sharing resources & knowledge and decision-making.

Requirements:

* Expertise in using computers.
* Strong understanding or willingness to learn the fabrication processes, materials, and specifications.
* Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and thorough estimates for processing.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive, organized, and methodical approach to work.

We are looking for someone with:

* Proficiency in Sales, estimating & processing software and computers
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for Customer interactions
* Confident telephone manner
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
