Key Responsibilities Manage and convert a high volume of inbound enquiries into successful transactions Conduct structured consultations to assess client needs and present tailored solutions Build and manage a personal pipeline, consistently exceeding monthly KPIs Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards at all times Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end process Keep detailed and accurate records using CRM systems What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles Clear, confident communicator with strong influencing skills High energy, target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed expectations Able to understand and communicate complex or high-value decisions Experience working in or around regulated sectors (e.g., property, insurance, finance) is desirable but not essential Professional presentation and strong time management skills FULL UK DRIVERS LICENCE WITH OWN CAR Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: Commission pay Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Licence/Certification: Full UK Driving Licence (required)
