We’re looking for a driven, articulate, and motivated Sales Executive to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment within a regulated financial services framework. Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert a high volume of inbound enquiries into successful transactions
Conduct structured consultations to assess client needs and present tailored solutions
Build and manage a personal pipeline, consistently exceeding monthly KPIs
Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards at all times
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
Keep detailed and accurate records using CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles
Clear, confident communicator with strong influencing skills
High energy, target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
Able to understand and communicate complex or high-value decisions
Experience working in or around regulated sectors (e.g., property, insurance, finance) is desirable but not essential
Professional presentation and strong time management skills
