Artemis Human Capital is currently working with a reputable, longstanding business in their search for a Personal Assistant. This position is part-time and and will focus on providing high-level administrative support within a NI success story.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and secretarial support, including drafting correspondence and reports
* Manage a busy diary, meetings and travel arrangements
* Screen calls and prioritise communications
* Organise internal/external meetings and events
* Prepare presentations, process expenses and maintain accurate records
* Attend meetings and take minutes when required
Experience required:
* 2+ years’ experience in a PA or senior administrative role
* Strong MS Office skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident reporting to C-Suite level
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
