For you, it means more to make an impact that matters, through challenging projects which demand ambitious innovation and thought leadership.• Lead high‑value engagements with top‑tier financial institutions. • Drive transformative Cloud and SaaS deals in the Capital Markets domain. • Influence strategic decision‑makers and shape technology adoption at scale.The RoleAs a Sales Executive - TCS BaNCS, you will be responsible for generating, managing, and closing high‑value deals for TCS BaNCS solutions, with a specific focus on Securities Services and Corporate Actions. You will develop strong relationships with Asset Managers, Broker‑Dealers, Custodians, and Wealth Management firms across the UK and Ireland, while driving multi‑million‑dollar pipelines and Cloud/SaaS solution adoption. Key responsibilities: • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities valued at 50M+ USD across UK and Irish financial institutions. • Achieve a minimum of three successful deal closures per year. • Establish, grow, and sustain executive‑level relationships (CXO, EVP, SVP) within the top‑tier financial institutions. • Lead positioning, negotiation, and closing of TCS BaNCS Cloud and SaaS offerings. • Act as the primary evangelist for TCS BaNCS in the region. Your Profile• Extensive background managing complex sales pursuits and platform conversions in the Capital Markets domain. • Very strong previous experience in Securities Processing technology, spanning sales, consulting, or product rollout. • Demonstrable executive‑level connections within target accounts. • Experience delivering large, multi‑stakeholder initiatives across global, distributed teams. • Strong ability to build new senior‑level relationships across client organisations - from CIO/COO to operational leaders. • Proven ability to navigate political complexities and tailor value propositions to diverse stakeholders. • Strong communication skills with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in complex, fast‑paced environments and adapt to ambiguity. Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: • Prior experience with firms such as Finastra, SP Global, ICE, Broadridge. • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a top U.S. business school. • Solid understanding of U.S. Capital Markets functional domains. • Experience working with large, cross‑functional teams distributed across time zones.Rewards Benefits TCS is consistently voted a Top Employer in the UK and globally.
