* Collaborate: Work with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure students get the best support.
* Track Progress: Monitor and report on student progress.
* Keep Learning: Participate in training to stay up-to-date on best practices.
What We Need:
* Experience working with young people, especially those with additional needs.
* Great communication skills, resilience, and a desire to make a difference.
* You MUST have a car
