Experienced HR Manager required to work on Part-time basis (flexible hours/days to suit) by rapidly growing midlands success story. This is an excellent role for a standalone HR Specialist to work with the COO in supporting the wider business and will suit a confident, dynamic individual keen to drive a People First culture. You will be responsible for the whole employee journey handling all employee issues and related administration. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, offering guidance on policies and procedures. Coach Managers in addressing performance, conduct, absence and disciplinary concerns promptly and fairly. Monitor sickness absence, providing line managers with advice and guidance and, where appropriate, pastoral support and advice to employees. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant and that all employees have signed them and continue to have access. Deal with the administration of all contracts, changes to terms and conditions and other employee related letters i.e. maternity, paternity, disciplinaries, grievances etc. Monitor well-being across the organisation, identifying potential issues and providing support before they become a problem. Support company strategy to develop Employee Engagement and growth, promoting and instilling company values. Work with senior management on L&D strategy. Maintain accurate employee records on HR system. Assist managers in developing, achieving, and evaluating people strategies and objectives, covering areas such as recruitment, induction, performance management, engagement, reward, and talent development. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes where required Eligibility Criteria: Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience providing advice and guidance to managers. Experience working with stakeholders at all levels with strong communication skills. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks. Be able to work in a standalone role. Strong working knowledge of employment law issues
