JOB SCOPE :
We are looking for a quick on feet individual to join our growing team in London. The successful candidate will assist the Sales & Commercial team to add value to our growing portfolio.

This role offers considerable salary and commission plus performance bonus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in the planning, controlling and executing of all matters related to the running of the Sales & Commercial Department.
* Monitoring all aspects of the market place, obtain competitor research and report on all market trends in a structured way. Compile reports on findings to present to Senior Management.
* Responsible for UK group booking enquires for Plaza Premium Lounges and ALLWAYS
* Support the lounges and Hotel with the communication of new promotions generated by local PPG and HQ Sales & Marketing.
* Support with the sales contracts.
* Admission Instruction Process. Duties to include creating new admission instructions for the lounges as and when required, update existing AI’s and cascading information relating to all local and HQ generated AI’s.
* Sales pipeline creation and eventually build & manage your own pipeline.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
* University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines, with 1-2 year(s) relevant experience
* Excellent Market research practices and techniques
* Experience analysing data
* Knowledge of social media platforms, customer review sites and other ad hoc online platforms
* Strong understanding of travel industry is a definite advantage
* Having strong communication skills and being an analytic decision maker and excellent attention to detail
* Capable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management
* Attentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business sense
* Good problem-solving skills and excellent phone and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
* Good command of spoken and written skills in English
