Job Title: Site Manager Employment Type: Permanent Location: North West - Nationwide travel required Start Date: August 2025 Salary & Package: £55,000 per annum package About the Role Our client is seeking a Site Manager to join their growing team. The role involves overseeing nationwide fit-out projects, predominantly within the Shopfitting sector for blue-chip clients. The position involves 12-hour shifts, working 12 days on with 2 days off, so flexibility and commitment are essential. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations for nationwide retail fit-outs Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Coordinating subcontractors and trades on-site Maintaining strong client relationships on-site, particularly with blue-chip retailers Conducting regular H&S and quality checks Reporting progress and issues to senior management Key Requirements Proven Shopfitting experience, ideally with blue-chip clients Strong background in joinery Ability to work nationwide and commit to a demanding shift pattern Based in the Northwest is preferred for logistical reasons Qualifications & Certifications CSCS card (valid) SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) First Aid at Work (valid)
