Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a major construction project in Merthyr Tydfil, delivering a large £55m secondary school development.
This is a long-term role, offering stability, career progression and the chance to be part of a high-profile project from construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of site operations on a large secondary school project.
*
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
*
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
*
Implementing and enforcing health & safety procedures on site.
*
Managing inspections, snagging and quality assurance processes.
*
Liaising with Project Managers, engineers and design teams.
*
Maintaining accurate site records, reports and documentation.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large construction projects.
*
Experience working on education, public sector or large-scale building projects preferred.
*
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures.
*
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
