We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our clients dynamic team. The client is a world leading facilities company and this role will be based at their client site in Coventry.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate HR data. Responsibilities
* Manage and update HR information systems including HRIS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
* Assist with recruitment processes by maintaining applicant tracking systems and supporting data entry tasks.
* Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee record management, and offboarding procedures.
* Support social media management initiatives related to employer branding and internal communications.
* Facilitate communication between HR and other departments to ensure seamless information flow.
* Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making processes.
* Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for HR-related services.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
Qualifications
* Have or be working towards a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR advisory role.
* Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with HR information systems such as HRIS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
