You will provide a high quality service undertaking maintenance work to our tenanted or vacant properties. To work across all trades and support with manual labourer.
Key Responsibilities:
To work across all trades and support with manual labourer.
Preparing job sites by assisting other trades by removing bathrooms and kitchen units and cleaning the area.
Cleaning in void properties
General cleaning, clearing gutters
Supporting with groundworks and drainage and removal of concrete and other bulk waste
Load and unload heavy materials or equipment
Preparing holes for fencing working and supporting with replacing fencing
House clearances
Undertake all appropriate instructions and tasks with due diligence
Ensure any materials purchased from outside supplies are obtained in the prescribed manner and delivery or collection notes are submitted to the line manager
Undertake weekly vehicle checks. Eg oil level, water levels, tyres etc. Clean vehicle at least once a week. Ensure vehicle defects are reported to your manager
What Were Looking For
Must haves:
Basic IT skills
Full clean UK driving licence
Good communicator
Carry out all duties in accordance with the safety policies and specific codes of practise
Ensure appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment is worn/used at all time.
Nice to haves:
Take part in the drainage out of hours standby scheme if required
Good IT skills
Work as part of a multi-functional team

annual salary: £27,610.37 per annum
