About The Role
Sytner Select Cardiff are excited to offer a full time permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £21,000 and the potential to make a generous commission with no cap.
Our Sales Executives are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during the exciting experience of buying their car, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time.
As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers face to face, via telephone, email, and video call contact, to enable full support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new or used vehicle. You will work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
On top of your salary and a very achievable OTE of £44,380, you will receive a supported vehicle purchase, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with many popular high street retailers.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
A full and valid manual UK driving licence will be required.
