The ideal HR Administrator will be organised, passionate and have excellent attention to detail, whilst always ensuring confidentiality. The Role Provide administrative support, including managing the inbox and responding to queries Administer people changes including promotions, pay changes, job title, location changes, references and Maternity & Paternity leave. Regularly update the databases and spreadsheets including the Maternity & Paternity tracker. Generate weekly reports on various activity. Assist HR Director with ad-hoc projects.
