Other key benefits include our Group Personal Pension Plan, dedicated private healthcare and dental plans that offer additional assurance to look after you and your family What you’ll be doing From welcoming new starters to ensuring smooth leaver processes, you’ll handle day-to-day HR operations, provide clear advice to managers and employees, and keep our HR systems and processes running efficiently. In this fast-paced role, you’ll build strong relationships, sharpen your HR expertise, and make a real impact on how we support our people. In return, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values your ideas and gives you space to grow. What you’ll do: Be the first point of contact for HR queries. Manage onboarding, contracts, and pre-employment checks. Keep HR records accurate, compliant, and up to date. Support with payroll changes, absence tracking, and probation reviews. Help deliver both short-term wins and long-term HR projects. What you’ll bring: HR admin, recruitment, or onboarding experience. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and people skills. Confidence with HR systems and Microsoft 365. A proactive, team-focused mindset.
