What you’ll be doing

As a Kitchen Sales Consultant you’ll bring creativity and a customer‑first mindset to deliver stunning kitchen designs for both trade customers and homeowners. You’ll learn to use CAD design software, drive sales by maximising add‑ons, and manage your quote bank to meet targets. Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers is key to your success.

Working hours

Monday‑Friday 7.30 am‑5.00 pm and Saturday’s 8 am‑12 pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays). Flexible working hours can be discussed at interview.


Responsibilities

* Designing for traders and homeowners using newly gained product knowledge and design skills to create bespoke kitchen designs.
* Building lasting relationships by delivering top‑notch service and support.
* Producing accurate kitchen plans and quotes for homeowners, keeping trade customers updated throughout the process.
* Using CAD to design dream kitchens that reflect the customer’s vision.
* Networking & collaboration to build a strong customer base and meet targets, working closely with the external sales rep.
* Visiting homes or building sites to create inspirational designs on CAD and present them to clients.
* Ensuring safety by following all safety policies and procedures.
