Job Title: HR Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator with 2–3 years of strong HR experience to join our team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role, based in Manchester, offers the opportunity to support a busy HR function while working collaboratively across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
* Manage HR systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
* Assist with payroll processing and liaise with relevant departments to resolve queries.
* Support HR projects, such as policy implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and reporting.
* Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence in line with company policies.
* Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
