Our client, a major US firm, is looking for an Interim Senior Employment Lawyer to join their team for 9 months!
They are open to candidates with either private practice experience and are looking to conduct interviews in December.
Key details:
* Location: The Office is based in London
* Days: Full-time / 3 days in the office per week.
* Start Date: Mid-January
* Duration: 9 months
Role responsibilities:
* Advise on employment aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions and business re-organisations, including TUPE Regulations. Lenders.
* Advise clients on a broad range of day-to-day employment matters, including:
* employment and consulting agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, redundancy processes, employee retention, employment disputes, senior executive terminations, harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment
Candidate criteria:
* 5+ PQE in employment law.
* Candidates with private practice experience.
