We are partnering with a progressive and fast-growing law firm headquartered in London, currently 500 employees strong and continuing to expand. Known for its collaborative culture and forward-thinking leadership, the firm is now investing in its people strategy by making its first dedicated hire in the Reward space.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role offering a rare greenfield opportunity to shape and lead the firm's Reward strategy from the ground up. As the first Reward professional in the business, you will have full ownership of the design, implementation, and evolution of all compensation and benefits frameworks.
This is a pivotal position for someone who thrives in a build environment and is ready to make a lasting impact. It's ideally suited to a Senior Reward Analyst or Compensation Specialist looking to step into a standalone role with strategic influence and operational autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Reward strategy aligned with business goals and market best practices
* Design and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation frameworks
* Lead the annual compensation review process, including bonus schemes and pay progression models
* Advise senior stakeholders on Reward-related matters, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
* Introduce and manage employee benefits offerings, including vendor relationships and communications
* Build internal capability by creating policies, tools, and processes to support Reward initiatives
* Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure the firm remains agile and informed
About You
* Proven experience in Reward, Compensation, or Benefits, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Comfortable operating in a standalone role and building frameworks from scratch
* Ambitious, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape a function from the ground up
