What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience & Skills:
Sales experience through social media channels/ LinkedIn
Proven success in one-to-one retail sales
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge & Abilities:
Understanding of FCA compliance
Experience with retail finance & insurance products
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organisational & time management skills

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience, going the extra mile to meet customer needs
Build long-lasting relationships with customers, both in-person and over the phone
Offer tailored packages, including finance
Keep customers informed throughout the sales process, from order to vehicle delivery
Consistently meet & exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly goals
