Planner / Construction Planner – Building – South Wales / Hybrid *Site Engineers / Site Managers / Project Managers also considered with a view of transferring experience over to a full time planner role* Planner or Senior Planner considered. Location - Long term local regional South Wales Projects + local Cardiff office and opportunity for some remote working. Role: The main scope of this role is the assistance and preparation of pre-tender and tender programmes, method statements and working with the Projects Managers and their teams in delivering projects safely, on time and defect free. Ensuring that all programmes are compliant with the project requirements will be a key objective. Requirements: To be considered for this Planner role you must meet the following criteria: - Previous employment as a Planner or Site Manager / Engineer that has had exposure to Scheduling and Programming. - Previous experience on construction / building projects such as (Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, MOJ, Residential or Leisure) is essential. - Previous main contractor employment. - Planning software, ideally Asta power project and other MS packages.
